Where is my order?
You can track your order in real-time by going to My Account > Orders. Click the "Track" button to see the live map. Logistics orders between cities are updated at every checkpoint.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on distance. The base fee is 50 ETB for the first 2km, plus a per-km rate set by the system.
My order is late.
We apologize for the delay. If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time by more than 2 hours, please contact our support team immediately for compensation.
